AICAR is a forward-looking platform comprising distinguished Indian cardiologists committed to advancing Innovative Academics, Translational Research, and meaningful Industry–Academia partnerships in the field of Cardiovascular Sciences.
The organization is dedicated to generating and evaluating India-centric data across key domains of cardiovascular practice. By systematically collating and analyzing such evidence, AICAR aims to develop Expert Opinions and Consensus Statements that are scientifically robust, contextually relevant, and tailored to the unique needs of Indian patients and real-world clinical scenarios in India.

VISION
Over the past decade India has witnessed a major transformative change and growth in many spheres that includes an increase in access to healthcare as it strives for universal health coverage. However, although access to healthcare is improving, quality of care has failed to keep pace with it due to glaring variations in clinical practice that encompasses poor diagnosis, irrational and substandard therapeutic decisions leading to undesirable outcomes. AICAR CONCLAVE 2026
First Annual Conference of Association of Indian Cardiologists for Academics & Research (AICAR)
This first conference “AICAR CONCLAVE 2026” was organized by the Trust from 09.01.2026 to 11.01.2026 and it has been received by all participants from the Cardiologists’ fraternity and the Industry with sincere applause and appreciation because of its uniqueness in promoting indigenous research work, quality of academic presentations and interactions.
